We have authorized “Supply Consultants Limited” (www.hkscl.com.hk) as our Authorized Service Centre in Hong Kong “HKASC” (valid from June 1st 2012) to provide after sales service to our customers.
In order to save your valuable time, we recommend our customers call our HKASC for remote diagnosis prior to a visit to our service centre.

In order to save your time, we recommend customers to send us photos showing the defects and attach a copy of the invoice via email to email@example.com for preliminary diagnosis. We will contact you once we receive feedback from the factory which will normally take 1-2 weeks.
For your information, we are a drop-off point for bags; we do not have spare bags for immediate exchange.
